Cancellations?
All requests for cancellations must be in writing. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $50/per person fee. If the airline ticket has been issued, all monies paid will be forfeit. Additionally,cancellations be received after December 1, 2009 are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid.
Air travel provided under this program must be on flights operated by United Airlines. Tickets are not eligible for Mileage Plus credit, denied boarding compensation or refunds for unused or partially used tickets. If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you choose to fly on another carrier, this will be at your own expense. United will not refund any portion of your unused ticket.
