It’s almost here! Just one more day until the start of the United Vacations 2010 Product Launch and Educational Retreat!
We are all set to go and are looking forward to seeing you there.
As you embark on your travels, we recognize that there may be some weather challenges along the way in some parts of the country. Despite this, United will do their best to get you to Las Vegas for the retreat. If for any reason, your flight is delayed or cancelled and you arrive to the retreat later than you planned, we will work with you to ensure you are able to meet your educational requirements for the free ticket. If this is not possible given a reduced stay in Las Vegas, we will provide you with other opportunities after the show to make up the educational requirements.
Please keep in mind that the air tickets provided to agents for the show were provided on a complimentary basis. Regardless of United’s general air travel policies for weather or other delays, these tickets cannot be refunded. They also may not be reused for any other purpose other than the retreat. These tickets are non-endorsable to another airline. This policy stands, regardless of what you may be advised of by a United gate agent, since they may not be familiar with the tickets you were provided for this event.
If your original flight is delayed or cancelled and United offers you an alternative or later flight and you choose not to travel to the retreat, please understand that we cannot provide a refund of your registration/hotel fees. All hotel and guaranteed food and beverage are non-refundable to United. If your flight is cancelled and there are no alternative flights that will get you to the retreat, please contact us to advise us of your situation. You may call Nicole at 949-300-5182.
