Voluntarily Provided Information
If you choose to register for the United Vacations 2010 Product Launch and Educational Retreat or request to receive materials, we require certain information from you, such as your name, title, agency, ARC/CLIA number, mailing address, e-mail address, fax number and telephone number. We may provide your name and address to third parties for purposes of sending you the information requested. Please understand that when you register for this event, you are agreeing to allow us to provide your information to the "Sponsors/Exhibitors/Suppliers" who have contracted to participate in the event. By attending the event, you agree to allow the Sponsors/Exhibitors/Suppliers to contact you regarding their product. In addition, you agree to allow us (MJPA) to inform you of future events.
You should note that e-mail is not necessarily secure from interception. The e-mail address or addresses identified in the MJPA website do not have encryption capability. You should consider whether information of a particularly personal or sensitive nature is appropriate to include in an email. However, all payment information is secure with 128 bit encryption.
Security and Confidentiality of the Website
We continue to evaluate our efforts to protect personal information and make every effort to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you identify any inaccuracy in your personal information and need to make a change to that information, please contact us at mjpa@mjpa.com so that we may promptly update our records. Please also feel free to contact us if you have any questions, comments, or feedback about this Privacy Policy and information practices, or your use of this site.
MJPA reserves the right to modify our privacy principles as business needs require. Any such modifications will be effective when published on this web site.
Opt Out Option
MJPA allows you to remove your name from our databases by using our "opt out option" which we call "Remove". By sending an email with the word "REMOVE" in the subject line of the email and emailing it to mjpa@mjpa.com, we will remove the email address that the "remove" request was sent from. Please note that this does not remove you from our database but only from our emailing list. You will still receive faxes and printed materials announcing upcoming events.
We use the same "opt out option" for Faxes, simply write remove and your fax number onto a fax that you have received from us, then fax it to (949) 457-1281. Your fax number will then be removed from the faxing list.
If you would like to be removed from our database altogether, please send the email with the "REMOVE" in the subject line but also note, in the body of your email, that you no longer wish to receive any kind of materials/notifications from us. You will then be completely removed from our database.
Please allow up to 10 days for your request to be processed.
